Unravelling Complexity
Our world is complex, and when our products are released into it, the impacts are rarely simple. I believe that simple interventions placed at the right point and time into a complex system can have outsized impacts. And finding that right point, and building consensus around your conclusion, often means diagramming it out. (After all, no frameworks are correct, but some of them might be useful.)
